24 day challenge - Cleanse and Energize

So I am doing a 24 day challenge to try and boost my weight loss. I am trying a specific regemin that I am testing to see how things go. If all works well, and I see good results, I will let you guys know all about it for next month. Here are some things I am doing.
  • 10 day herbal cleanse at night
  • 24 days of Omega vitamins at night
  • 3 times a day energy drink
  • 11 days of Meal replacement shakes in the morning
  • meal plans from "the 4 hour body"
So far things have been great. I will keep you posted
