This week we have been working on the basic lift of the Clean. Everyone, has been doing amazing.
We had a few PRs (personal Records). The big one was Jennifer H. doing a 55 lb Snatch. The rest of the girls have been working on perfecting their Clean and Jerks.
The Work out for the Day is:
3 RFT (rounds for time)
10 Hang Cleans
10 Box Jumps
10 Wall Ball Shots
We will also be doing a bunch of Warm Down stuff this week. Foam Rollers, Band Stretching etc.
Then, I will have a small lecture set up next week about Nutrition and supplements (protein, recovery shakes etc)
