After Turkey Work out



Our athletic self needs to get out of the Overstuffed body from this week. So let's hit this work out hard

Skill Training:
-Snatch training

Work out:
Complete the following with a PVC pipe for time
15-12-9-6-3
-Power Snatches
-Lunges with PVC pipe over head
-Russian Twist Rows
-Wall Balls

Overtime:
-Tabata Sprints
each touch of the wall counts as a point
