Standard Warm up
then foam roll

Snatch Landing
5 x 5

in teams of 2-4
AMRAP in 15
(As many rounds as possible in 15 mins)
-Push ups
-Ring Rows
-SDHP (sumo deadlift high pulls) 75/45

**there will be a team member starting at each station keeping count of the reps at that station, the "runner" will complete the run then come back in to tag the first person. Then that person will tag the next person and so on.

At each station, there will be a running count of reps at that station. Then at the end of the 15 minutes, we will record the score from each station revealing the winning team.

Weekend make up
If you missed something this week, spend some time working on some of those movements
Especially if you missed because you were skeerd of the movement
If you didn't miss anything, just work on your favorite lift, movement, stretch etc
