WOD:
complete the following every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 10 minutes
any time remaining is rest time:
-5 Sit up wall balls-5 deadlifts
Then...
Death by cleans 95/451st minute do 1 Squat Clean,
2nd minute do 2 squat Cleans
3rd minute do 3.....
and so on until you can't continute any longer
Overtime:
Jump Rope Practice and Challenge
As many double unders/or attemps as possible in 3 minutes
