What is a "Chipper"? Glad you asked.
There are 2 definitions of a Chipper:
- You are Chipping away at a large workout, bit by bit, until you are done.
- You are gradually Chipping away at your body, shedding away the fat and weakness with every rep you take

Workout:

2 rounds of the following:
- 12 pullups
- 12 pushups
- 12 situps
- 12 lunges
- 12 burpees
- 12 deadlifts
- 12 push presses
- 12 mountain climbers
- 12 kettle Bell Swings
- 12 body Squats
- 12 Knees 2 Elbows
- 12 Wall Balls
