12 Year Anniversary Chipper - Julie and Sherry



Hope you are feeling Chipper today, because we have our first chipper Workout at the Crowley Box.
What is a "Chipper"? Glad you asked.

There are 2 definitions of a Chipper:
  1. You are Chipping away at a large workout, bit by bit, until you are done.
  2. You are gradually Chipping away at your body, shedding away the fat and weakness with every rep you take
Either Way... It is going to be fun.

Skill:
10 minutes - Hoover ball

Workout:
12 Year Anniversary "Chipper" for Julie and Sherry
2 rounds of the following:
  1. 12 pullups
  2. 12 pushups
  3. 12 situps
  4. 12 lunges
  5. 12 burpees
  6. 12 deadlifts
  7. 12 push presses
  8. 12 mountain climbers
  9. 12 kettle Bell Swings
  10. 12 body Squats
  11. 12 Knees 2 Elbows
  12. 12 Wall Balls
Overtime:
Hip flexor Strectches
