Funday Friday

Today we are working on the OH Squat.
I found a good video to help us with this form


So for Skill:
OH Squat with PVC Pipe
3 sets of 10

Then
5-5-5
working up to heavier weight with each set

For the workout, we will make up a workout from earlier in the week that was missed.

For options, you have:
  • 12 days of CrossFit
  • Running and Cleaning
  • James Complex
