Monday - Cold weather and the start of a new week

With a new week starting, I am super excited about our "21 days of fitness". We had so much fun doing the benchmark tests and figuring out what direction each of us needs to go in.

With that said, each of us can agree that we ALL have work to do. Part of this new work will have to include a little outdoor fun. Although I agree with most experts that working out in the cold is okay, I want us to use as much caution as possible.

Therefore, please make sure that you guys are dressing in layers all week so that while we are inside the Box, you can take off a top layer like a sweatshirt or a hoodie, but then if we were to jump outside real quick, you can throw that top layer back on. Monday's Work will still include some make-up benchmark testing for the 2 or 3 people who still need to test.

Skill work:
Front Squat - Practice
3 inverted burpees (Partial backroll to handstand)

AMRAP in 12 mins
3 Front Squat
6 Plyometric Push ups
9 hollow Rocks
