Thruster Thursday

A very Good Cold day. But now, we have HEAT. Thanks to the Guys at we are all set up.

For Today's Workout, we are learning a new move called the Thruster. It is a Front squat followed by a powerful push press (all in one movement)

Warm up
Do the standard warm up, plus add in 10 Pull up passthrus (this is the kipping motion without actually pulling up)

Push Press skill
then... 3-3-3

Thrusters 65/45
Box jumps

Goat work:
-jump rope
-box jumps
-Clean and Jerk
