Tuesday and Wednesday, plus new bars
News Bars going up
We finally got the bars up thanks to Docks on Demand owned by Troy and Jennifer Hamrick. Their Crew came in and got it done. The "RIG" is strong and ready for some abuse.
With that in mind, I am adding some helpful information on the Q & A section of my page. In summary, you need to start caring for your hands. Everyone is going to have to get used to a little roughness added to your hands. You can always wear gloves if needed, but gloves tend to limit the range of motion on a kipping pull up.

Tuesday:

Wednesday:
Warm up:
Tabata push ups/sit ups (alternating rounds)
Workout:

5 pullups
20 mountain climbers
10 push Presses - 65/45
Overtime:
