Bench Mark Thursday

Each Month we will be doing bench mark testing to see your improvements in the 10 fitness domains. The bench mark testing will vary from month to month since, like life, we need to be prepared for anything.

Since we are bench marking today there will not be a skilled component.

Bench Mark 1- push-ups AMRAP in 1 min

Bench Mark 2- sit-ups AMRAP in 1min

Bench Mark 3- Met Con
                           4 RFT
                           10 Dead Lifts  115/80 lbs
                           10 pull-ups
                           Run to end of drive-way and back
