Death by Cleans


Skill:
Deadlift
3-3-3-1-1

Workout:
Death by Cleans 95/55
At the top of each minute
perform one Clean and Jerk
Each minute add 1
Example, 1st min perform 1 C&J, 2nd minute perform 2 C&J

Then...
Death By Pullups
At the top of each minute
perform one more Pullup
Each minute add 1
Example, 1st min perform 1 Pullup, 2nd minute perform 2 Pullups
