Fight Gone Bad - The Crowley Box version



Fight Gone Bad is a Workout that mimics the timed rounds of an MMA fight: 3 Rounds of 5 minutes.
There will be 5 stations of one minute at each station. For Beginners, lighter weight, and beginner movements will be used at each station.

Skill Work:
we will spend some time with each movement making sure that everyone is comfortable with the movements

Fight Gone Bad:
each station is one minute, There will be no rest between stations so move quickly to each one to get a better score. Each athlete will keep a running count of their repetitions from all 5 stations to get a final score:

Station 1: Wall balls
Station 2: Sumo Deadlift High Pulls with Kettble Bells (35/20
Station 3: Box Jumps (step ups)
Station 4: Push Press (55/45)
Station 5: Ring Rows

Overtime:
Pull up practice and Stretching
3 rounds of 10 on the pull ups
