50 Box jump,
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 35/20
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 65/35 pounds
50 Sit ups
50 Wall ball shots, 15/10
50 Burpees
50 Double unders, 150 singles

*Beginners do 25 of each
