Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes
3 Ground to overhead 95/65
4 burpees

Overtime:
1 minute max double unders

Really liked the first part of the workout, burpees, etc. would have liked the second part, box jumps, etc., to have been more challenging.maybe adding more reps or an additional element in that part.
