Thursday, "Arms... and more arms... and more arms"

Side shuffle to building 6 and back (right shuffle down, then left shuffle back)

Workout: 1 minute at each station - 3 rounds
Station 1 - Ring Rows (advanced: Rope climb)
Station 2 - Tire hit
Station 3- Push press - 75/55
Station 4 - Body blows to Bag
Station 5 - Russian Twists - with med ball

Chin up hold for time
