Monday - March Madness
It is time for another great week. We had such a good weekend with some of group doing a 5k, others doing a half marathon, and others being weekend warriors.
This week we are sticking with the March Madness theme and kicking the week off with a good Station workout. Remember that stations provide a good workout while allowing for a little downtime between stations which provides some rest to create a good interval workout.

Workout:
1.5 minutes per station
2 rounds
Station 1 - Pullups
Station 2 - Box jumps
Station 3 - Wall Balls
Station 4 - Push ups
Overtime:
400 meter run
