Since we are coming up to our running season full stream. I am going to add a 9am run for the next 2 weeks. Last week we ran 2.5 k, This week we will run 4.5 k
(weather pending). Next week, we will run a full 5k. Then on 3/24 we will run another 5k at the FireFigherters for Freedom run. If you are interested in joining us for the run on 3/24 click here

Workout:
Team Workout
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
-Slam Balls
-Tire Squats
-Land Mines
-Bar touch (jump to touch bar)
Overtime:
GHD situps or hollow rocks
