Who is ready for the First Crowley Box run!
I have mapped it out to a 2.5k loop. This Saturday we will run it just once, but then we will run it twice later to actually be a 5k.
After the run, we will work on mobility and maybe some other challenges based on how everyone feels after the run.
Remember, no this run, there will be a little mud (not much) so be ready.
For those who can not run, I will have a workout ready for you.
