Thursday - Get down that ladder


Strength/Skill:
Intermediate:
5-5-5 Front Squat

Beginners:
Pull up clinic

Workout:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Pullups
situps
KB/DB Swings

*every athlete will work at completing the rounds as prescribed
**every minute each athlete will perform a burpee. Beginners 1 burpee each minute
***advanced will do 1 burpee for each minute they are on. Example, minute 5 the athlete will do 5 burpees at the top of the minute while finishing the 10 to 1 workout

Overtime

Beg - 20 hollow rocks
