Tuesday - Time Flies when you are having fun
Today's workout is very TIME Based. We will follow the schedule to a default. Let's have some fun

Warm up and Dynamic Stretching
@ 15:00 minutes
“The Baseline”
400 Meter run
40 Squats
30 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups
@ 30:00 minutes
3 Rounds for time
20 DB Push presses 35/20
20 KB/DB swings 35/20
@ 40:00
10-8-6-4 reps of:
Toes-to-Bar
Hang Power Clean (95/65)
then 400 M run
All of these should be done as close to 100% intensity as possible. Weights chosen should be something that can be done unbroken or a challenge to go unbroken.
