Monday - Burp...eeeees


Why Burpees are so important

I was thinking about everyone's goals for April. So many awesome inward-thinking goals. As your Coach and Friend, I must remind everyone that goals are not acheived without hard work. So I know that many of you cringe and wine at the word "Burpee", but today is not that day.

Let's make a promise to try it, and then CRUSH it.

Strength:
Ring Holds
Ring dips

Advanced Workout:
5 rounds for time:
12 Burpee Box Jumps
10 Burpee Power Cleans 75/55
8 Burpee Pullups

Beginner Workout:
4 Rounds for time
12 Burpee Step ups
10 Power Cleans 65/45
8 Burpees

Overtime:
ADV. Chin Up holds for time
Beg. 10 Chin up Negatives
