Saturday - Fun and run


This is what we think of when we are pushed around. There are now 3 new gyms opening up in our little Horse Creek Farms warehouse section. I have always welcomed the competition and am glad that our community is trying to be so Fit. However, one of those gyms is now pushing our buttons hard by trying to find any way to get us out of the area. Remember:

Mobility and Foam rolling

Workout:

1/2 mile Run
50 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
150 Squats
1/2 mile Run

Overtime:
