Thursday - Tabata Cubed

Overhead plate carry to building six

Tabata 1 - Wall ball situps / Plank
Tabata 2 - Ground to Pullup / Knee high bar hang
Tabata 3 - Step ups / Wall sits

Each 8 round Tabata Station will carry a Scoring exercise and a holding exercising with a penalty.
For example, on round 1, you will try score as many points doing the "wall ball situp". On round 2, you will try to hold the plank for 20 seconds. If you release from the hold, you are penalized 1 point. And so no throught the 3 Stations
