Thursday - "Kelly"


Will at the Y

This was the first CrossFit workout I ever did. I was with my Good Buddy Will at the YMCA. I remember this workout took me f-o-r-e-v-e-r!

Of course Will beat me, badly.
But I think it is important to always remember your first CrossFit WOD.

Skill:
Bench press
For those who missed Monday
20 Ring dips for everyone else

WOD
"Kelly"
5 rounds for time (3 for begginers)
-400 meter run
-30 box jumps
-30 wall balls

Overtime:
20 hollow rocks
