Tuesday - The CrossFit Success "200"


We have reached a Milestone in the life of CrossFit Success. It's not so much that I never thought we would get here, but that we got here so quickly.

When I look back at the start of this year, I would have never believed that we would have grown so much...and I have to thank so many people every day for our Success.

So in celebration of this Milestone, I present the CrossFit Success "200". And we are doing it twice because we are not stopping at 200, we want to be able to double it in 6 months.

In Partner Groups Complete 2 Rounds of the following:
-25 pull-ups
-50 push-ups
-50 box jumps with a 24-inch box
-50 KB Swings
-25 more pull-ups -- for a total of 200 reps

*only one Athlete working at a time.

Overtime
200 singles for time or 100 double unders
