Snatch Balance
5-5-5
move from pvc pipe -> 35lb bar -> 45 lb bar


WOD:
"The Nasty 90"

4 Rounds of the following:

AMRAP in 90 seconds
2 Front Squats
2 Presses
2 Back Squats

Then...

AMRAP in 90 seconds
2 Burpees
2 Med Ball Slams
2 Med Ball Situps

Overtime:
Max jump ropes in 90 seconds
