Friday - Partner work


Standard Warm up

Strength:

C130 Tire flip with Partner:
See how far you can flip the tire in 2 minutes

Work out of the Day:
Partner teams of 2 complete the following for time:
-100 Ring rows
-100 Hang Cleans 95-65
-100 Med ball Sit ups
-50 burpees
-Run to building 7 and back

*only 1 partner working at a time (tag team style)
*The work out can be started with any exercise, but each group must finish the entire exercise before moving onto a new one

Overtime:
Tabata Squats/push ups (done on the C130 Tires
