Monday - Grand Re-opening and Birthday WOD

Today is a New Day. The new Box is finally up and running. We worked all weekend to get everything moved in, arranged and cleaned. It is time to break in the Box today.

We will have normal workouts all day, but at 6:30pm we will have a group photo. So please try to make it out even if you can't workout today or if today is not your normal workout day.

Here is the Workout that I made for Alana (fingers crossed that she won't kill me)

35 Hollow rocks

35 Box jumps
35 KB Swings
35 Push ups
35 Ground Bar Plyo Squats
35 Med Ball Sit ups
35 lunges

35 double unders. And yes... Attempts count
