
I love trying new things. As often as possible I will try to make up new things just to try it and see if I can do it. On the same token, I will try to introduce new things to the CrossFit Success group to keep your bodies/minds challenged.
Today we are going to start with a Foam roller clinic. We only have 6 Foam Rollers, so if you have one, please feel free to bring yours up.
Then we will work on some new moves. The first is called a Landmine, and he second is called a Jammer.
