Wednesday - Time for some "Hope"


Three rounds of:-Burpees
-75 pound Power snatch
-Box jump, 24" box
-75 pound Thruster
-Chest to bar Pull-ups

*Each athlete will spend 1 minute at each station. On the sound of "rotate" each athlete will move to the next station without rest. At the end of 5 minutes, there will be a 1 minute rest before starting the next round.
