Strength:
3 rounds of the following:
guys - 75% of body weight max bench followed by max Ring Rows
girls - 50% of body weight max bench followed by max ring rows

WOD:
EMOM for 12 mins
hold plate OH for 20 seconds 25/15
-5 squats with plate
-10 sit ups

OT:
Run to building 6 your plate.
