Tuesday - Partner Tuesdsay

Sometimes we need a partner to drive us to new limits. Today's workout is no different. When you want to quit, your partner will help you out. If you notice that your partner wants to quit, you can push them to finish.

10 TGU

In a partner Team
Work and Hold
100 Med ball toss over Bars/Knee high hang
75 DB Hang Squat Cleans/plank
50 Push ups/Wall sit

For time
50 Partner Med ball sit ups
then run to building 10
