Friday - "300"


Less than 9 months ago we started on a journey to start helping people the best way we knew how...through fitness and fellowship. We started with 3 members, a few bars, and a dream.

I remember thinking that the original Crowley Box would be enough space to keep us all tidy for about a year. Oh man was I wrong. By May of 2012 we had already grown to over 30 members and were running out of room fast.

So after alot of prayer, some good luck, and help from friends and family, we moved into The Crowley Box 2.0
And now, through word-of-mouth only I might add, we are up to over 50 members!

And all along the way, our friends and supporters were keeping up with us on Facebook and here on our website. It was so inspiring watching our Facebook page grow from just a few friends to our first 100. Then a few months later up to 200. And now...

So without any more delay, I present to you the 300 Workout:

“300 Workout”
25 Pull Ups
50 Dead Lifts 135M/95W
50 Push Ups
50 Box Jumps 24M/18W
50 Floor Wipers 135M/95W
50 Kettlebell Cleans 35M/20W
25 Pull Ups

Overtime:
Foam roll and stretch.
