Friday - Every body Jump, Jump



Warm upStandard

Buy in/Strength: Db chest press 5x5 (Go heavy)

Wod: AMRAP IN 20 Min (Beginners 15 mins)
- 5 burpees with tuck jump at end
-10 box jumps (no step ups)
-15 Jumping Bar Touches
-20 Jumping KB swings 35/20

Overtime:
Jump rope challenge :
Every min add 5 double unders or 10 singles Example: 1st min 5 doubles, 2nd min 10 double unders, 3rd min 15 double unders, and so on
