Monday - "Angie"

Angie Bender 1st place winner @Texas Lone Star Natural Nationals

A good friend of mine from CrossFit 7 just had a birthday. In celebration of her birthday and recent 1st place win at the Texas Lone Start natural Nationals, I thought it would be fitting to to the "Angie" WOD.

"Angie"
For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

To do the workout as Rx, each exercise must be complete before moving on to the next exercise. However, you can start with any exercise you like.

For intermediates, you can partition the workout as needed.

For beginners, you will do half the workouts or have a partner.

OT:
Foam roll.
