Thursday - Super Hero Workout

When I think about Super Heroes, I think about all of the amazing things that I thought I could never do, but now can. Pull ups, Snatches, Hand stand pushups and on and on.

The thing that drives us to want to believe in a super hero is the same thing that drives us to want to be better... Inspiration.

How much of an inspiration can you be today by showing your family, friends, and self that you can do the impossible. You can choose to workout, lose weight, and get stronger.

Be a Super Hero!

Skill:
Hulk Lifts (Deadlift)
3-3-1-1-1

WOD:
2 Rounds of the following for time
In Parnter Groups
2 mins per Station

-Spider man pushups
-Thor Hammer Hits
-Iron Man Hang Cleans
-Captain America Sheild Presses (OH plate presses)

Overtime:
Spidey Poll Climbs
