Tuesday - Climb that ladder



After an amazing day with Rips and determination, we will shift gears and get some running done. This is going to be fun.

Skill:
40 KB windmills (10 each arm)
20 KB Figure 8's
20 DB Chest Press 50/25

WOD:
Running Ladder
Starting at building 4
run to building 6 and back (30 secs)
run to building 8 and back (60 secs)
Run to building 10 and back (90 secs)
Run to building 8 and back (60 secs)
Run to building 6 and back (30 secs)

* any time left will be rest time
** as soon as time is up, the next round will begin
