Wednesday - Mid-week fun

The Games have begun. If you ever wondered why CrossFit was so different, imagine this...
The men and women at teh games were told last minute that on top of the normal array of Olympic lifts, pull ups, etc., they also had to run a triathalon to get things kicked off.

Train for the Unknown

Strength
Back Squat
3-3-3-3

WOD 1
200 meter repeats
with a running clock, the athletes will run 200 meters
they will repeat the 200 meters every 90 seconds
for a total of 6 rounds

WOD 2
3 rounds for time of the following
- 14 single arm Snatches 35/20
- 10 Goblet squats 35/20
- 8 half TGUs

Overtime:
Strectch and Foam Roll
