Monday - "Lift-A-Thon"



We will actually Lift a Ton or 2.
It has been a great weekend. Can't wait to get this week started. So Let's get it started right

Warm up
Run 400 Meters

Workout
Men lift 2 tons of each
Women Lift 1 Ton
-Back squat
-Press
-Dead lift
Examples:
If a male athlete uses 150 lbs for back squat, he would have to lift26 reps to equal the 4,000 pounds (2 tons)
If a female athlete uses 80 lbs for the Press, she would have to lift 25 reps

Overtime
50 anchored situps
