Monday - The Crowley Box Countdown














We are so excited to have so many of our Summer Birds back this month. We have missed so many of you.
We are going to do this benchmark workout today and then again at the end of the month to see if we can get you guys back on track.

Warm up:
Standard warm up

Benchmark WOD:
50 Unbroken Kettle Bell Swings
40 Unbroken Squats
30 Unbroken Anchored Situps
20 Unbroken Push ups
10 Unbroken Pullups (beginners box)
*The max score is 150
*if you stop or rest, the score is where you stopped
*2 minute rest between exercises

Overtime:
Tabata Sprints (outside wall to wall)
