Saturday - why not?

So a little birdy told me that they loved this workout.

I wondered why, sat long and hard, but could still not come up with a single valid reason why this WOD would be anyone's favorite.

So my response is...why not?

Skill:Tabata plyo squats/pushups

WOD
AMRAP in 15 mins
3 sumo pops
6 kettlebell swings
3 KettleBell Poppers
6 Gorilla Pushups

Overtime:
Tabata Bar Touches/Knee high hangs
