
Happy Birthday Julie!
In honor of Julie's Bday, we are playing some CrossFit Football. It's not actually Football, but it has 4 quarters, 2 teams, and a score.
Strength:
10 minutes to find a 1 Rep Max
3-3-1-1-1
WOD
"Football"
Offense:
1st qtr: Push Press
2nd qtr: Burpees
3rd qtr: Snatch
4th qtr: Floor Swipers
Defense:
2 round of "Cindy"
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 Squats
Example:
On the call of 3-2-1 GO, Team 1 will start doing Push Presses to Score
Team 2 will do "Cindy" as fast as possible. As soon as the last person on Team 2 is finished with Cindy, Team 1 has to stop.
After this, the teams will switch places, and Team 2 will get a chance to Score while Team 1 does Cindy for th defense.
