30 K.B. Swings
30 Lunges
30 Knee to Elbow
30 Push Press
30 sit ups
30 Wall Balls
30 Burpees
30 Double Unders or 90 Single Jumpropes

Overtime:
400 meter run (except for those who finished their 700 kb swings last month
- 30 hollow rocks
