
We just found out what the first WOD will be at our Competition on the 27th in Longview. It looks pretty awesome, but intense. So naturally I can't wait.
We will be incorporating much of this into our WODs this week and next so that our competitors can get some good practice in.
Skill:
400 meter shuttle run
WOD 1:
EMOM for 12 minutes
3 Box Jumps Overs
6 alternating DB Split Cleans
3 DB Squats (Squat Thrusters for competitors)
WOD 2: for Competition team
3-3-3
Barbell Thrusters
OT:
Tabata bar touches/bar hangs (Toes to bar for comp team)
