Tuesday - Partner fun and a 5k Run

We are super excited about a chance to run in the middle of the week. We are still going to be open for the 9am class and the 5:30 pm class.

We are going to try and meet up at 7pm at the woodshed for the run.
You can register at the woodshed before the run or you can go to Luke's Locker during the day to run as well.

here is the partner workout:

30 second L sit

Partner WOD:
100 Deadlifts 185/115
80 Pushups
60 Med ball Sit ups
40 Pull ups
20 Box Jumps

1 partner works while the other runs 200 meters. At that point, the partners can switch

Max hand stand hold.
