Monday - What Doesn't Kill You Will Make You Stronger


What a Great Thanksgiving Holiday. Everyone seemed to have a great time with their family and friends. It was also nice seeing some family come into the BOX to check out what their loved ones are doing to stay in shape.
I also wanted to say Congrats to Coach Alana for passing her CrossFit test. She is now a full fledged CrossFit Coach and I am proud to call her my peer.
We are coming close to the end of November and the Box Jump challenge between the iPhone uses and Android users. It is a close one.

On Dec 3rd, we will also start our 2nd Annual 21 day Winter Paleo challenge. More details will come, but winners will be determined based on the benchmark tests and WODs.

3 shots on minute 3
AND SO ON until you can't finish a round

Run 400 Meters
