TGIF - Totally Gruesome Intense Friday
What a week! I can't believe that some people, no matter how hard you try, will always try to knock you down.
Always remember that you need to only about YOU!
I have said it before and will say it again... If all you can do is worry about what someone else is doing, you are waisting your life.
Remember, YOU determine your path in life. YOU choose whether or not you work out. YOU decide to work out or not. YOU decide if you eat clean or crappy
YOU!
So if you want to spend your life (and energy) talking or worrying about what another person is doing...
STOP!
Worry about NOW. Worry about today. And please stop being so jealous that you need to talk bad about someone else.
Because all that shows is how desperate you really are. And yes, I will say it... If you are this person, you are a FAILURE in LIFE!
Prove yourself in the BOX. Prove yourself in LIFE. Prove yourself by being humble. By being a friend. By being a positive spirit. By being a True Christian. (Love your neighbor as Yourself). Don't be a Coward.

15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents
75/55 pound Thruster, 20 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 2 ascents
75/55 pound Thruster, 10 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascents
Overtime:
Hand Stand walks for distance

Remember that their is a beginner rope climb.
So it can always all be scaled
