Wednesday - I don't just love Rap, I AMRAP



I know the title is very corny, but it is one of Ashley's favs.

So here is the good news. We have some new Black shiny Concept 2 Rowing machines. We are going to have some fun with them

Skill:
Work on Rower movement
then:
2 min max air Squats

WOD1
5 min AMRAP
3 Deadlifts 135/95
6 Calories on Rower

WOD2:
5 Chest Press
10 Hang Power Cleans 95/65

WOD3:
6 Single Arm DB snatches 35/20
12 Toes 2 Bar
