Fran Friday

What a crazy week. So I thought we could all use a shorter WOD to freshen up our quick feet.

I know Fran has a negative vibe in many CrossFit boxes, but not here.

Why you might ask...

Fran is a good benchmark WOD to see where you stand against the rest of the global CF community.

You can be in any major city, in any country, amd meet a CrossFitter that knows his/her Fran time.

So do yourself a favor... google Fran... see how others are doing,
Then... Get your but in the box and try your best at it.
